This weekend, I visited Paultons Park which includes Peppa Pig world in Southampton. I went with Campbell, my step daughter and granddaughter.

We decided to drive (for 8 hours, plus leg stretches, etc there and back again) and it was actually great fun! Our granddaughter was fantastic on such a long drive and I was really impressed by her.

The park was great fun. The gardens are gorgeous and maintained very well. I could have happily stayed a lot longer just walking round the gardens rather than seeing the rides and rollercoasters, but you try telling a five year old that you want to spend some time seeing the gardens 😁

I would highly recommend the park. They have rides and activities for all ages, cafes, restaurants, shops and live shows for the kids.

You can book a break which includes recommended hotels and park entry passes, this is a great option if you are travelling a big distance to get there.

You will never be bored. The park was busy, but not too busy. I must be honest, as a self confessed introvert, I would not like to go in the school holidays as it may be really really busy!

I hope you enjoy these wee photos 😊
